I had a really good experience during my stay at this ideal hotel. The comfortable location near the metro station, restaurants, shops, and eateries was convenient.- The breakfast offered was savory and very good, with a variety of dairy products, cheese, and made-to-order omelettes.- The check-in process was easy and seamless.- The atmosphere throughout the venue was quiet and pleasant.

Location: the hotel was near to VP El Madrono as well as the metro and plenty of bars within walking distance. The room was big and silent with bathroom and very good shower plus perhaps a toaster, good service.

Its rooms are well-appointed, had a very good stay during business trip. The location is comfortable, 3 km from a vast 19th-century park. It is set in a nice quiet area.

They offer a variety of delicious breakfast options. The location is fantastic, near public transportation and major attractions.- The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet.- Cotico Bar and Resto nearby is a great spot to relax.

The hotel staff was especially friendly. Room was big. In terms of comfort, i get what i paid for. Nice hotel to be reccomended. No worries about food as there's quite a few restaurants around the area even during public holidays.

The city area was a distance from the hotel but there was a metro just 5mins walk away. Breakfast was average.

We can't complain about the accommodations. bathroom has all the comforts, double bed was very comfortable, lighting is very good, sofa comfortable and kitchen area very complete. It had all the necessary cutlery and dishes except for a knife, loofah and dishwasher, I still think you don't need it because we had our dishes washed every day. views from our room were not impressive because they were facing a street, location was fantastic, staff wonderful, facilities very clean and also they have kept our luggage for us until we came back to pick it up. As a personal recommendation I would say not to take any meat with you and leave it in the fridge for a couple of days because it doesn't get too cold and you can get sick like we do. We are delighted with the hotel and staff, we would certainly repeat.

kitchen is missing a knife (that cuts) and fridge is getting colder, there is no bad aspect to highlight.

You can here door "slamming" when closed from the room. This is quite annoying, and s is not a difficult issue to fix ! Also, the shower indundates the bathroom quite easily.

To start with the hotel is very well located, in a very quiet street, our room was facing the street and we hardly heard a noise. Just around the corner is the metro station of Diego de Leon, about two minutes walk. The parking is great, spacious, easy to access and economical for the area it is, parking on the street is possible but not worth it. The hotel staff are very friendly. It is a very well cared for hotel, the rooms are proud, we had four very comfortable beds and there was no feeling of being overwhelmed. There are renovated rooms and older ones, we were in one of the old ones but it was still very well cared for. It is very clean. Without a doubt it is a great option to travel with family, good value for money. We only had hired accommodation, but it is not a problem since there is a cafeteria on the same corner. We will repeat.

The food was good for all meals. the room was newly decorated and the bathroom was bright with shower facilities. - I appreciated the early check-in and late check-out options.

Bathroom design hyper modern, but not necessarily practical

This venue is really close to the city and local cafes, creating a peaceful atmosphere in the standard room with a view of the street.

Lovely big modern rooms with state of The art bathrooms. We had a room overlooking The internal garden so it Was very quiet. There Was a kitchenette hidden Away Behind some doors with a hob, micro wave, coffee maker and utensils. I liked The fact that The floors were marble as opposed to carpet. The Diego de León metro station Was just around The córner and it only took us 25 minutes to get to the centre of madrid. There were lots of restaurants and small shops in The neighbourhood..

Unfortunately The rooms were not very Well sound proofed and The doors were very heavy so every time some one opened and closed a door it Was very audible.

good price and close to a metro station and super market. The hotel facility is very good. The best hotel in my Spain trip!
